What kind of licensing do I need to sell coffee at a flea market?
I have a Keurig coffee brewer and would like to sell fresh brewed coffee at a flea market. The coffee is packaged in individual cups per-serving, so there is no health risk. I plan on selling vintage clothing and jewelry, scrapbooking stuff.
It just really depends on where you are. I know that where I live you have to have a temporary license to sell any food or drink anywhere. You might want to check the laws in your town first.

Michael Jackson: This Is It $3.97 It’s hard not to watch This Is It without feeling a mixture of sorrow and elation. As Jake and Elwood struggle to reunite their old band and save the Chicago orphanage where they were raised, they wreak enou… |

Led Zeppelin $14.46 Exclamations of religious awe are in order. Legendary and long sought-after, this live Led Zeppelin collection is nothing less than the rock music equivalent of the Holy Grail. Quite simply, this is what all the fuss was about. Given that they were the biggest band in the world, Zeppelin were notoriously camera-shy in their heyday. Their official filmic legacy until now has been just the fasc… |

Canadian Bacon [VHS] $11.65 Fresh from the success of Roger and Me, documentary filmmaker Michael Moore made the mistake of trying his hand at fiction film. Hoping to satirize America’s leap into the Gulf War (and its abandonment of its industrial base), he wrote and directed this disappointing comedy, which fell flat despite a cast that included Alan Alda, Rip Torn, Rhea Perlman, John Candy, and Kevin Pollak. The premise is… |

Mindwalk [VHS] $19.95 This strange experiment in filmed conversation finds three people–a physicist, a poet, a politician–yammering about the environment, science, art, government, and much else, all in an effort either to find or to dispute connections between disparate subjects. There is no story, as such–just lots of chatter (much of it not particularly profound) shot against a variety of picturesque backgrounds…. |
